We generally recommend permanent markers because they are more vibrant and last the longest and resist fading.
✔ We have this set available on our website!
✔ Sharpies work great too!
✔ Fabric markers are great!
✔ Washable Markers are totally ok for younger or avid colorers! Be aware that washable markers will fade and erase with washing. Additionally, the colors are not as vibrant. We recommend Crayola for cleanest washout.
✔ Do NOT use acrylic paint markers - the paint will color over the black. That said, a white acrylic fine-point marker could be fun to add in highlight details when you’re done coloring with ink markers.
