Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Times

Local Stock (Standard Delivery)

If your item is in stock at our South African warehouse, delivery typically takes:

5–8 business days

High Demand / Supplier Fulfilment

If our local stock has sold out, we may fulfil your order directly from one of our trusted international suppliers to avoid long restocking delays.

In these cases, delivery may take:

14–20 business days

If your order is affected, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, CrazyCrafts may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
